- We will either build a parts list and send you a quote for repair, or let you know if teardown and rebuild is necessary.
- Once the work is approved by you, and a deposit for parts is received, we will then begin the next steps in the repair. (no such repairs will take place without approval and deposit... we don't mind waiting).
- We will document everything we can, and send it to you as we can.
- Upon completion of the repair, proof of repair will be provided to you along with a comprehensive invoice.
- Remainder of invoice is to be paid at or before picking up you vehicle.
- No diagnostic fee; we're tearing right into it!
- We will send you a breakdown of what all will be going into your build and what it should cost for parts, materials, and labor.
- A deposit for parts is required upfront, and we will not begin work until deposit has been received.
- Anything extra that we find that needs replaced, will be sent up to you for approval of additional cost before prceeding.
- Any additional cost of materials and labor are calculated at the end of the job.
